Sitting in my kitchen four years ago in a house I shared with my sister, I remember reading one of Design Aglow’s online design/photography tips magazine’s wondering if I could really make it in this business. It was my first day as a full-time, self-employed photographer and I was scared to death. I was bringing in enough business that I was having trouble keeping up with my day job so I finally decided to take the risk and do what I love…and I’ve been doing just that ever since. I couldn’t be more blessed to have amazing family and friends, especially my sweet husband and step-daughter, to be there to support me every step of the way and convince me my work is something special, not just a job but a passion. I put my heart into my work and treat each client as a friend because in the end that is what we are. Watching babies grown, seniors mature, and couples fall in love and build families are just a few of the things I love about my job. I am blessed to do what I love every day and can’t wait to see where this new step leads me in a new community. Thank you to all my clients that have stuck with me through all the moving and changes over the past couple years, I look forward to settling down here in Uvalde for a long while! Take a look into my new studio and I promise to work harder on being a “blogger”…I love reading blogs so hope to be better at keeping up with my mine!!
