Since I have spent most of my time working from home this week I thought rather than sharing some of my favorite products, I would share some of the sites taking up my extra attention this week (you know, all that time left after working, cooking, cleaning, soccer practice, etc.).
Skye Hardwick, the creative mind behind Work of Heart Photography and the inspiring website reveriemine.com, is blowing my mind this week with her posing, lighting, and styled shoots. I cannot say enough about how inspiring and crazy talented this woman is not only in her actual photographing talent, but the intricate details behind her shoots. I recently purchased her Workshop Workbook for Photographing Children and have been carefully taking the time to work through it. I can assure you many great ideas will come out of this book, I can’t wait to see what all I can learn from her. If you are in the mood to just sit back with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and be inspired, this is your lady.
One of my friends here in town is a Stella & Dot stylist and has recently approached me about thinking about this opportunity as well. I have never been a fan of Multi-Level Marketing companies, but I absolutely LOVE this jewelry…well, actually all of their products!! I recently purchased the earrings and ring below and I am crazy about the simple style and good quality of this line. I am NO salesperson, but thinking it could sell itself…is this jewelry something you ladies would be interested in??
Mix and Match Mama is my new friend…I seriously love her cooking and the ease of her recipes is a winner for me. I made these Caramel Apple Cider Cupcakes on Monday and even my *picky yellow cake only* loving husband liked them. They are so moist and taste like Fall, delicious
GroopDealz is a personal favorite of mine. Everyone knows a I love a good deal…and I love boutiques so this is a win/win for me. It is also a great way to stock up on gifts for the holidays, teacher’s presents, holiday themed goodies, and more. Every day there are multiple different deals to choose from, but they only last for a limited time so join (sign up for their emails) fast!
Sparkle In Pink. This is a new one for me since I recently had one of my clients use one of their adorable rompers for newborn pics I decided I needed to check it out. I got the dress below for a shoot I am wanting to do with Kylie for $8.99!!! Yes, you saw that correctly…less than $10 for an oh-so-cute, just-add-a-denim jacket and I will look perfect for Fall, dress! Some of them are overly-cutesy for me, but there are also some simple leg warmers, vintage socks, bloomers, etc. that are great for your little girls at super, I mean, crazy cheap prices. Most of their clothes only go up to age 7, but since Kylie is still really thin the 7 year old dress still fits her (she’s about to be 9) as long as she wears leggings…so they do run a tad big.
I hope you enjoyed this weeks favorites, let me know of any sites that you love or are inspired by so I can add more to my list! Have a great week!!
